Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for exchange.

2. How to Request an Exchange:

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

3. Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

4. Processing Time:
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your exchanged item has been shipped.

5. Exchange Limitations:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product or store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
